Saturday Outings—The library
On March 12th, we went to the Renton Library for our Saturday outing. This library is neat because it’s also a bridge:
It looks like a normal building when you pull into the parking lot, but then you walk around to the entrance (pictured above) and it’s almost startling to see that you’re right on top of the Cedar River.
There’s not much else to say about this outing, but here are some pictures;
Here is Isaac picking out books with his dad. He ended up with a selection that included books about the Pueblos, the pyramids, electrical circuits, and frogs.
Where do you guys live? I grew up in Maple Valley and was in the Renton Stake for awhile. All your pictures make me homesick!
We’re in the unincorporated fairwood/cascade area with a Renton address, in the Soos Creek Ward, Renton Stake, and Kent School district. In other words we’re just up the street from IKEA.
I know exactly where you guys are. I’ve been to that Ikea many times. :)
