December Girl’s room make-over
Charlotte was a little Jealous when we turned the guest room into Nicole’s bedroom so we decided to redo the girl’s bedroom for their birthdays which both fall within a week of each other in December. Here are the before and after pictures:
BEFORE:
Charlotte’s favorite color is blue and Ila loves orange so we tried to incorporate their favorite colors and involve the girls as much as possible.
The girls helped me paint thier closet, but between the holes that were already there and the need to remove some strips of wood, we ended up demolishing the closet wall, insulating and rebuilding it.
AFTER: (we still need to add flooring, but we don’t have the budget for that just yet)
We also still need to reattach the baseboard in the closet and maybe add some molding.
