More of June (mostly of Summerfest) 2015
Zach took Isaac, Charlotte, and their friends Evan and Lucie for a drive up to Cascade Springs on Sunday.
I’ve been a little wrapped up in house shopping with my parents so I haven’t taken many pictures this week, but I did take some pictures when we went out to Summerfest on Friday. Here are my kids walking from our parking spot to Summerfest.
The children had fun building with these foam blocks, but Thomas was grumpy. He’s such a cute grump. He folded his arms, scowled and kicked some blocks out of his way.
I thought they looked so cute sitting on a chair someone made with a little boy they don’t know.
See Grandma Bunny in the background? She came with us.
Charlotte started building this fort and she was very proud of how tall they were able to build it.
The children were excited to see a helicopter land.
They had crafts for the kids. Most of my kids made wands.
Nicole was walking around the foam blocks occasionally sitting on them. I asked her what she was doing and she said that she was finding a place to sit.
Isaac spent his money on some tickets for rides. He gave each of his siblings two tickets to spend. All of the kids except Charlotte spent a ticket on the motorcycle ride.
Charlotte spent both her tickets on this obstacle course:
The other four kids choose to use their second ticket on a car ride:
Next we went over to the big rides to spend the rest of Isaac’s tickets. Charlotte bought some too. We ended up spending them all on this ride together. I had to ride with them because Thomas was too small to ride without an adult.
We froze a complete outfit for Bryan to wear as our latest torture idea.We also went swimming a few times, but I didn’t bring my camera on any of those occasions.
